		<description>Eat as much organic, non-processed food as you can. Also, doing little mind exercises such as saying the alphabet backwards, skipping numbers by 3&#039;s, (or any given number), and reading as much as possible work. Try doing crossword puzzles and sodoku puzzles. Read, stay informed and engage in good conversations with as many people as you can.</description>
